There is simply too many photos I want to share from this wedding!!! Jason and Caroline got married on Saturday on their family farm in Cave, South Canterbury with their ceremony in front of a historic rock outcrop amidst rolling hills and spectacular scenery… I can’t wait to share a longer blog post but here are some of my early favourite images!
Caroline’s Louise Anderson dress in a chestnut tree.
Caroline got ready in the homestead she grew up in, which was a photographers dream with beautiful artwork and family memories everywhere! I know the size of this image won’t do it justice but please believe me that it looks stunning!
The bride and bridesmaids pre-ceremony looking stunning in the gardens… Aly and Herstall had their property looking so immaculate I almost felt bad blurring it out in the background!
What do you use for wedding transport when your wedding is on a farm… a vintage Landrover of course!
Carolines’ parents Aly and Herstall walk her down the aisle.

To explain this photo I should mention that Jason and Caroline are so much fun and let me convince them to dodge their way through a prickly and dirty paddock to get this shot.

Exit via the Landrover.
When you’re getting married on a farm that’s been in the family for generations, it’s the perfect place to start some traditions of your own; here they are holding their parents wedding photos.
I love this shot of the girls! They were so much fun throughout the whole day and this was in response to Jason’s brilliant speech.
Then the party started…
Thanks Caroline and Jason for an amazing day, we can’t wait to show you more! A huge thanks to both families for making us so welcome!
